📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During drops, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery timeline estimates are:

  • US orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by USPS/UPS

  • stolen packages

  • lost packages marked “delivered”

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.
These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
